What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. If you haven't completed your new patient forms online yet, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can fill them out in the office.
What are your office hours?
We're open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 to 5:00, and Wednesday from 9:00 to 6:00. We are closed Friday through Sunday. For after-hours emergencies, text us at 816-495-4073.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We're always welcoming new patients of all ages. You can complete your new patient forms online before your visit to save time at check-in.
