Will you verify my insurance benefits before my appointment?
Yes. As a courtesy, our team will verify your benefits with your insurance carrier before your visit so you know exactly what to expect. Just make sure we have your up-to-date insurance information on file.
How much will my visit cost with insurance?
Every plan is different, so we provide an estimate based on your specific coverage. Keep in mind that estimates are not a guarantee of payment. Your final cost depends on your plan's terms between you, your employer, and your insurance company.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
No problem. We offer an in-house membership plan starting at $360/year for individuals that includes exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, X-rays, and 25% off all procedures. Family plans and couples plans are also available.
What financing options do you offer?
We offer financing through CareCredit and HFD. Both offer quick approval, flexible monthly payment plans, and no hidden fees so you can get the care you need now and pay over time.
Is payment due at the time of service?
Your estimated co-payment is due the day of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. If your insurance plan pays more than expected, we'll issue a refund. If it pays less, you'll be responsible for the remaining balance.
What does the membership plan exclude?
The savings plan covers preventive care and gives you 25% off most procedures. It does not apply to teeth whitening, orthodontics, Botox, dermal fillers, or sleep devices. Full plan details are available to download on our membership section above.
